Peter Miller

Director/Producer

Peter Miller is an award-winning documentary maker.  His previous films include JEWS AND BASEBALL: AN AMERICAN LOVE STORY, released theatrically in 2010; A CLASS APART, for PBS AMERICAN EXPERIENCE; SACCO AND VANZETTI, released in theaters in 2007; and THE INTERNATIONALE, short-listed for an Academy Award nomination. He has been a producer on numerous documentaries by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick, including the THE WAR and JAZZ, as well as the Peabody Award-winning FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT.

Peter has also been a producer on many other acclaimed documentaries, including THE UPRISING OF ’34, PASSIN’ IT ON (winner of twenty film festival prizes), and the Academy Award-winning AMERICAN DREAM. He is currently directing and producing two new documentaries: REFUGEE KIDS: ONE SMALL SCHOOL TAKES ON THE WORLD, and SOSÚA: MAKE A BETTER WORLD.
